Rumours are cheap. This list is not about them.
Everything below has been confirmed by the clubs involved: contracts signed, official statements published, medicals passed. Fees are the figures announced or widely reported at the time of the deal. If a move is still in the "talks are ongoing" stage, it is not here.
Premier League
- Elliot Anderson — Nottingham Forest to Manchester City. The England midfielder moves for a reported 135 million euros, the headline deal of the window so far.
- Jeremy Monga — Leicester City to Manchester City. A 15 million euro move for one of England's most talked-about teenagers.
- Youri Tielemans — Aston Villa to Manchester United. United triggered a 41 million euro release clause and handed the Belgian a deal until 2031.
- Christos Tzolis — Club Brugge to Arsenal. Five-year contract, 40 million euros.
- Johan Manzambi — Freiburg to Aston Villa. Up to 70 million euros with add-ons, a club-record signing for Villa.
- Joao Gomes — Wolves to Aston Villa. Around 35 million pounds, five-year deal.
- Alejandro Garnacho — Chelsea to Aston Villa, on loan with an obligation to buy.
- Luka Vuskovic — Tottenham to Brighton. A club-record 54 million euros for the 19-year-old Croatian centre-back, signed for five years.
- Hidemasa Morita — Sporting to Hull City. Two-year deal for the newly promoted side.
- Issa Diop — Fulham to Ipswich Town, 10 million euros.
- Abdul Fatawu — Leicester City to Ipswich Town, 23.5 million euros.
- Will Lankshear — Tottenham to Middlesbrough, 11.7 million euros.
LaLiga
- Karim Adeyemi — Borussia Dortmund to Barcelona. 22 million euros plus 7 million in add-ons.
- Carlo Espi — Levante to Real Madrid, 25 million euros.
- Kang-in Lee — Paris Saint-Germain to Atletico Madrid, signed until June 2031.
- Morten Hjulmand — Sporting to Atletico Madrid.
- Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang — Marseille to Deportivo. Two years for the 37-year-old, with a 1.5 million euro fee.
Serie A
- John Stones — Manchester City to Inter. A free transfer on a two-year contract.
- Zeki Celik — Roma to Juventus, signed until 2029.
- Christ Oulai — Trabzonspor to Fiorentina. 26 million euros guaranteed, rising to just over 30 million with bonuses, plus a 10 percent sell-on clause.
Rest of Europe
- Lois Openda — Juventus to Lyon, on loan.
- Marcos Leonardo — to Ajax. Around 20 million euros, five-year deal.
- Jhon Duran — to Benfica, on loan.
- Yann Sommer — Inter to Club Brugge, on a free after his contract expired.
- Dusan Tadic — to NEC Nijmegen, two-year deal.
- Emre Mor — Fenerbahce to NEC Nijmegen, two-year deal after his contract ran out.
- Rick van Drongelen — Samsunspor to Panathinaikos, 5 million euros.
MLS, Saudi Arabia and beyond
- Casemiro — Manchester United to Inter Miami, on a one-plus-two-year contract.
- Robert Lewandowski — Barcelona to Chicago Fire, on a free.
- Allan Saint-Maximin — to Charlotte FC.
- Carlo Holse — Samsunspor to St. Louis City, four years plus a one-year option.
- Malang Sarr — to NEOM in Saudi Arabia.
- Ersin Destanoglu — Besiktas to Al-Jazira in the UAE, on a free.
